UTOOO Inc. signed Agency Agreements with iTopia in Nanjing May 11, 2011.
iTopia Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under The Companies Act 1965 on August 1998. It is principally involved in the development of telephony services and has evolved from delivering IP voice solution and services to Tier-1 Telecom service providers to its present role in providing outsource voice service infrastructure for fix and mobile licensed telecom operators in developing countries within the Asia Pacific region. In 2008, iTopia Service Sdn was accorded with the MSC Malaysia (High Technology) status and iTopia Sdn Bhd renewed its MSC status for a further 5 years and China High Technology status in 2007.
UTOOO Inc. will partner with iTopia concerning mobile games for four years.
