Incredible Intelligence Games From Ancient China

    Huarong Road, considered as one of the three incredible games of the world, is very interesting and has various ways of playing.
    Huarong Road is a famous Chinese puzzle, similar to but also different from the popular sliding puzzles. It is named after the Huarong Way, where Cao Cao fled through after his defeat during the Battle of Red Cliffs.

     In ancient China, as in other places, both board games and movement games probably come from war training. Board games trained generals in battlefield strategy, and martial arts trained men to fight.

     The game is originated from the famous story during the Three Kingdoms. Caocao was defeated by Liubei and Sunquan in the Red Cliff War.

     When he escaped to HuaRong Road, he encounter the army of Liubei. In order to return the favor given by Caocao, Guanyu was seemingly attacking but actually helping Caocao to get out of HuaRong Road. The game, HuaRong Road, therefore was created.

     Huarong is actually a small town. Dao, in Chinese means "Road". HuaRong Road is a straight road behind the city, which was very convenient for Caocao to escape. Also there was a hut near Huarong, where the army could get some food on their way escaping.
